YOUTH AND COMMUNITY WORKER PROJECT

Currently our Youth Worker post is vacant, and we sense that we should expand the post to include developing closer links with our community and the various organisations and activities within it. Accordingly we are preparing a full business case for the proposed Youth and Community Worker post, including the Job Description, our current financial position and 5-yr budget plan, plus application documents for several Trusts and finance organisations.

To date this proposal has been the subject of much thought and prayer, and our experiences with previous projects and the effectiveness of prayer must ensure that we adopt the same approach for this important development.
